Terms and Conditions of Northeast Shooting Breaks
A non-refundable deposit of £100 (for each party member), to be paid no later than 30 days after confirmation of booking.
All members of the shooting party MUST supply name:address:signatures and insurance No on the reverse of the terms and conditions when sending deposit for your shooting break.
As with any wild bird, there can be no guarantee as to the number of birds shot on any one day.
Anyone using a shotgun or firearm must be in possession of a valid certificate.
No FAC shotguns to be used on geese.

All customers are requested to pick up spent cartridges and all other rubbish and leave the field in a clean and tidy condition.
Non UK residents require to have a UK visitors permit and this takes approximately 30 days to be processed by Grampian Police. In order for North East Shooting Breaks to apply for this, the EU Gun pass is required (photocopies are not acceptable)
All shooting with North East Shooting Breaks takes place over private farmland and customers are asked to respect the farmerís property and equipment.
All decoying equipment and hide material will be supplied by North East Shooting Breaks and customers are required to respect this as broken/damaged equipment has to be replaced and any damage will be charged for to the customer.
If the number of guns confirmed at the time of booking do not appear for the shoot, the charge for the missing person/s will be split equally between the rest of the party.
Only Pink-foot Geese and Graylag geese can be shot.
When shooting please DO NOT shoot Brown Hares.
When Customers or your guider is picking up shot birds DO NOT shoot.
Please be aware of dogs when shooting, North East Shooting Breaks will not be liable for any accidents to clientís dogs.
Any injury to your guilders dogs caused by any client will be charged in full to to the client responsible for all the injuries.
Do not discharge any weapons unless your guide tells you it is OK.
Any unpaid cheques will incur a charge of £20
Each member of the group must be fully insured by some of the shooting organisations (e.g. BASC) and details of insurance including expiry date must be given to North East Shooting Breaks.
Anyone cancelling during or before a shooting break will be liable for all costs for that break.
North East Shooting will not be liable for any price increase made by the hotel before or during the trip.
All prices are fixed and to be payed in full at the end of the shooting break to your guide.
There will be a £3 processing fee per bird shot over the amount of birds the customer is willing to take home at the end of the trip.
